Natasha Pellicano is a registered clinical psychologist with over 20 years’ experience assisting a variety of clients to address limiting behaviours and improve their mental health.  In addition, Natasha holds a Bachelor of Laws and has 8 years’ experience working in inclusion and diversity in a variety of organisations.  Natasha adopts an ethical, evidence-based, and intersectional approach to her work in the inclusion and diversity field and has developed and successfully delivered a wide variety of initiatives to advance inclusion in the workplace including strategies, policies, action plans and engagement activities.  Natasha has extensive experience developing and delivering tailored training programs on a variety of topics to a variety of audiences from senior leaders of organisations to members of the public, in both face-to-face and online delivery formats.

Stefanie Abrahams is a German-born, Australian-educated Inclusion & Diversity specialist with a double Master’s degree in International Communications and International Relations. She has over 12 years’ experience across diverse organisations and consulting positions. Stefanie’s roles have spanned the corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors, across different fields such as inclusion & diversity, cultural competence, research management, social development, organisational behaviour, investor relations and crisis communication. Stefanie combines facilitation, communication, project management and stakeholder liaison skills with an ability to critically analyse processes and identify areas for innovation. She has developed and facilitated tailored inclusion & diversity training sessions to staff at all organisational levels, incl. senior leadership, both face-to-face and online. She has conducted Diversity & Inclusion audits to asses the organisational maturity and has led the development of Diversity & Inclusion strategies for several Government organisations. Stefanie has worked in Asia, South America, Europe and Australia and speaks English, German and Spanish.
