Our strategic advisory work integrates legislative requirements with your available data, your current and desired organisational maturity, your policies, governance and strategic documents, and focuses on solutions that will have the most meaningful impact for your organisation.
DEI Strategies, actions plans and roadmaps
We work with you to develop clear, achievable, strategic, and evidence‑based strategies that strengthen inclusion and equity across your organisation. This includes undertaking consultation with staff and key internal and external stakeholders, co‑designing strategic documents, and implementation planning.
DEI governance
We support the establishment and strengthening of governance structures such as steering committees, DEI Councils, and employee networks, ensuring they are effective, representative, psychologically safe, and aligned to organisational maturity and goals.
Policy review and development
We review and develop policies through an equity and intersectional lens, including flexible work, gender affirmation, sexual harassment prevention, and workplace adjustment policies.
Data collection and delivery
We design and conduct surveys and other data collection methods (e.g., focus groups, 1:1 interviews, etc) to help you understand your workforce, identify and articulate major barriers to inclusion and performance, and inform targeted, strategic actions to bring about improved organisational performance.
